Who we are

words from our founder

β€œThe Color in Design is an organization I started because I saw what was lacking in the industry and even more so in my undergraduate education. As the younger generation of designers, we are not granted a future of complacency but rather a responsibility to design ethically and inclusively. Color in Design is a space where students and designers can gather and learn about the diverse impacts of Queer, POC designers. Those that join our mission are open to learning and advocating for the richness that is the COLOR in design.”
